Please note that payments are processed outside the US and therefore may be subject to exchange rate fees, according to your credit agreement with your bank and/or PayPal which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by us.

International orders (outside the US) may be subject to customs fees upon arrival to the destination country, that we cannot predict, which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by us.

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

Site management will do its best to provide quality products at the requested time. DELETION OF USER CONTENT

SECTION 20 – SHIPPING & RETURNS

US Shipping Information

It will normally take 1-3 business days for your order to be fulfilled and shipped by our team. Once your order has shipped you will receive an email notification regarding your shipping and tracking information. We ship all orders from within the US.

Shipping costs will be presented on checkout based on the chosen method. The total delivery time for standard shipping (excluding processing time) is 3-7 business days. The total delivery time for expedited shipping (excluding processing time) is 2-3 business days.

Please note that due to how quickly orders are transmitted to our warehouse’s system, we are unable to cancel or edit existing orders. If you wish to cancel an order after it was placed you would need to make a return per our return policy as indicated below.

US Returns Policy

We accept returns on new and gently used products within 30 days of receiving the product, no questions asked. To initiate a return please email us at [email protected] and we will provide you with a pre paid return label. We are not responsible for returns sent without our return label. Refunds for returns sent using our return label will be refunded within 14 business days from the date your return was received, to the original payment method for your convenience. Please note that original shipping fees (if any) are not refundable.

International Shipping Information

Shipping costs to all other non-continental US destinations are based on weight. You will be notified of shipping costs during checkout.

The total delivery time for International shipping (excluding processing time) is 5-12 business days

INTERNATIONAL Returns Policy

We do not accept returns on international orders and they are not refundable. Please note that once an international order is placed it can not be cancelled.
