SHIPPING & RETURNS

US shipping information

it will normally take 1-3 business days for your order to be fulfilled and shipped by our team. once your order has shipped you will receive an email notification regarding your shipping and tracking information. We ship all orders from within the US.

Shipping costs will be presented on checkout based on the chosen method. The total delivery time for standard shipping (excluding processing time) is 3-7 business days. The total delivery time for expedited shipping (excluding processing time) is 2-3 business days.

Please note that due to how quickly orders are transmitted to our warehouse’s system, we are unable to cancel or edit existing orders. If you wish to cancel an order after it was placed you would need to make a return per our return policy as indicated below.

US returns policy

We accept returns on new and gently used products within 30 days of receiving the product, no questions asked. To initiate a return please email us at [email protected] and we will provide you with a pre paid return label. Your funds will be refunded to the original payment method for your convenience. Please note that original shipping fees (if any) are not refundable.

International shipping information

shipping costs to all other non-continental us destinations are based on weight. you will be notified of shipping costs during checkout.

International returns policy

we do not accept returns on international orders and they are not refundable. please note that once an international order is placed it can not be cancelled.
